Whether it’s a new garden suite added to your property or a new house construction, we can help plan your project. We provide complete permit drawings for your project that meets Toronto building permit application and zoning by-law requirements. We retain our partner consultants to provide surveying and complementary lab testing and reporting services as required for the design and building permit application process. These services can also be arranged and obtained by the client separately, if desired.
